Escape the confines of the gym. Certified strength & conditioning coach, personal trainer and certified nutrition educator Karen Stoychoff Inman will lead participants in a fun, all-level friendly training session using the most sophisticated exercise machine available ... your body. Participants in this one-hour session will learn how to use their body and the surrounding environment to create a well-rounded training session.
