Description
2020 Holiday Twilight Event Participation
Chamber will provide:
- Coverage of $150 registration fee in 2020 from the Re-Launch AH grant fund Listing on Holiday Twilight Shop List and Map
- Inclusion in pre-event promotion and event ads and marketing
- Flyers to pass out at your location promoting the event
- Posters to display at your location
- Social Media Posts
- Your Location/Logo on Event Website
- Will provide day of event signage, mask and capacity signage
- Provide 4- $25 Gift Cards to be raffle off to registered attendees
- Participate during event hours on both November 17 and November 18 (Two timeslots each day to distance the crowd 10:00 AM- 2:00 PM and 4:30- 8:00 PM)
- Provide exclusive in-store shopping discounts/deals for event participants
- Provide logo and photos to be used for marketing your location
- Will monitor and manage their location for capacity and social distancing and guidelines per the State of IL.
