Shannon Distel is the Business and Specialty Services Manager at the Arlington Heights Memorial Library. Shannon is a frequent speaker and trainer on library resources and social media marketing for small businesses and entrepreneurs. She received her MLIS from Dominican University and has a background in reference, emerging technologies and employee core competency development.
