DESCRIPTION:Yoga for Life! From infant to young at heart\, come to the\n\nfirst ever Yoga in the Park as a part of your Journey to\n\nHealth. All ages are welcome and encouraged to come to\n\nthis outdoor event. Beginners and experienced yogis will all\n\nfeel comfortable in this natural setting*. Participants are\n\nwelcome to bring their mat or a towel. No mat? No worries.\n\nEnjoy the earth and feel the grass between their toes!\n\n\n\nYoga will be facilitated by Yoga Alliance registered yoga\n\ninstructor Kimberly Brown\, who is also a certified children's\n\nyoga instructor. She's been teaching in the area since 2008\n\nand frequently teaches family yoga classes. Her class\n\nschedule is viewable at www.VivaciousHealthyLife.com.\n\n\n\n*If raining\, we'll move inside building.
