Clearbrook is committed to being a leader in creating innovative opportunities, services, and supports to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities, like autism, Down syndrome, and cerebral palsy. Clearbrook works with more than 8,000 children and adults each year, and their families, in more than 160 communities throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Clearbrook offers a variety of services, including home-based support, developmental training, vocational and occupational training, independent and supported employment, residential services, clinical services, an autism day program, a senior day program, early intervention services, and more. Clearbrook's unique approach offers a customized goal plan for each client, based on the desires and wishes of both client and family.
