About Us

Gerry's Cafe is a non-profit cafe that employs adults with disabilities. Gerry’s opened in August, 2023 by co-founders Natalie Griffin and Amy Philpott, who both have a passion for serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Nationwide statistics show that 80% of adults with IDD struggle to find meaningful work. Gerry's Cafe is changing lives by providing fair wage job opportunities with an extensive training experience, teaching transferable job and life skills.
