About Us

Jeffrey has practiced plaintiff's personal injury law since 1982. Dedicated to representing those injured through the negligence of others, Jeff's hard-work ethic focuses on meeting his client's needs with compassion and diligence while paying meticulous attention to complex case details.
Jeff has achieved numerous multi-million dollar results, including cases turned down by other attorneys, e.g., $2 million settlement for death of 62-year-old husband/father for failure to diagnose a cardiac tamponade; $300,000 settlement for irritable bowel syndrome from laparoscopy; $975,000 settlement for a right ulnar nerve injury during a cardiac ablation (Jeff was asked to represent her after she served as a juror for one of his trials); $2.25 million settlement against a Chicago hospital for failure to timely treat infection in a young boy recovering from leukemia. Most recently, Jeff was honored to represent and obtain a $4.5 million recovery for a college student whose adrenal corticol carcinoma went undiagnosed and untreated for 14 1/2months.

With a physically disabled client, Jeff met with Springfield legislators to demonstrate the injustice of tort reform.
