Are you ready for a true boot camp experience? Taught by former Army Recon Scout and Master Fitness Trainer Martin Sadalski, this boot camp is designed to take your physical and mental fitness to a new level. Our training system follows the same program the U.S. Military has used for decades, but we've added some new twists. We integrate modern physical therapy, functional training, high intensity interval training, yoga, and calisthenics to provide safe and lasting results. We work on posture, strength training, core training, breathing, relaxation, and mental motivation to gain a better understanding of how the body works. All classes will be designed for universal scalability making it the perfect fitness program for any individual regardless of age, experience or current fitness level.
