Description
Your body runs best when fueled with a variety of nutrient-dense foods, but if you’re like most people, your eating program is running on fumes. Certified strength & conditioning coach, personal trainer and certified nutrition educator Karen Stoychoff Inman will help participants chart a course to help reach their health and fitness goals. Participants in this one-hour workshop will complete a personal nutrition analysis, build custom guidelines for optimum performance fueling, and turbo-charge their thinking about food choices. Participants should record everything they eat and drink for three consecutive days, and bring the food log with them to the workshop.
