Description
"Couch to 5K” is for novice to intermediate runners
looking to complete an alternative running program. All
ages are welcome and encouraged to come. The program will include six weeks of running routines followed up by a 5k. The runs will be held on Saturday's and will be a fun interactive way to train for a 5k. The first meeting will discuss the running structure and complete a sample run.
The runs will be facilitated by W.I.T.S certified personal
trainer and Boston Marathon Qualifier, Kelly Beahan, and
assisting with the runs, NASM certified personal trainer,
Mary Catherine McHugh
