Local Freelance Social Media Strategist (Contract) – Arlington Heights Law Firm
 
About:
We are an established Arlington Heights personal injury law firm seeking a local freelance Social Media Strategist to own and execute our social media presence.
This is a contract role (not an agency engagement). We are looking for a strategic thinker who can develop a cohesive content plan, create engaging content, and execute consistently across platforms.
 
Scope Includes:
? Develop and own monthly social media strategy
? Create and publish 3–4 posts per week across Meta (FB/IG) and LinkedIn
? Coordinate and direct light video content (in-office filming as needed)
? Manage light paid boosting of select posts
? Provide monthly performance reporting and recommendations
 
?? Compensation:
$1,000–$1,500/month retainer depending on experience.
 
Ideal Candidate:
?? 5+ years experience in social media marketing
?? Experience working with professional services (legal a plus)
?? Comfortable owning strategy — not just posting
?? Strong copywriting skills
?? Local to Arlington Heights or nearby suburbs
?? Portfolio required
