KG Strength & Performance is a private, client-focused training facility that prioritizes high-quality coaching, individualized programs, and a supportive, inclusive environment. We help people of all ages move better, feel better, and perform at their best through evidence-based training and a culture of continual learning and growth.

We’re growing and looking for a smart, driven coach—someone who genuinely cares about people, loves coaching, and is excited to keep learning and evolving.

Why Work With Us

We’re committed to meaningful results—for our clients and our team.

You’ll work in a place where professional growth, work-life balance, and collaboration actually matter.

  • Flexible and consistent schedule – No more than 5 working days/week and minimal split shifts

  • Competitive pay – $25–$75+/hour depending on experience and role

  • Professional development support – Education and growth are part of our culture

  • Positive, collaborative environment – Mutual respect, accountability, and good energy

Who This Role Is Great For

This is an ideal role if you are:

  • Early in your career—confident, coachable, and eager to learn, or

  • An experienced coach who still loves learning and pushing the boundaries of what great coaching can be.

We work with a large population of female clients across different ages. We are looking for a coach who can connect well with women, teens, and adults.

What We’re Looking For

Requirements / Preferred Skills:

  • 3–5+ years of coaching experience preferred (less is okay if you’re coachable and strong in fundamentals)

  • Confidence working with both general population and youth athletes (middle/high school)

  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology (non-negotiable)

  • Bachelor’s degree, CSCS, or equivalent education/certification

  • CPR/AED certified

  • Excellent communicator—able to build trust, lead with empathy, and explain concepts clearly

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Passion for biomechanics, strength training, movement quality, and long-term performance

  • Self-motivated, humble, and committed to getting better

We don’t expect perfection—you just need to show up ready to coach confidently, learn, and grow.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience working with rotational athletes

  • Familiarity with performance technology (force decks, testing software, etc.)

  • Interest or experience in social media, content creation, or marketing

  • Experience or interest in accountability coaching or health coaching

  • Genuine curiosity about human movement and coaching innovation

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct movement assessments and consultations

  • Design individualized programs based on assessment results

  • Coach private (1:1), semi-private, and small group sessions

  • Track progress and reassess regularly to drive results

  • Collaborate with the team to improve systems and coaching methods

  • Keep the facility clean, organized, and welcoming

  • Support workshops, events, and community-building efforts

  • Help uphold a culture where clients feel supported, challenged, and empowered
