About Us

Gerry's Cafe is a non-profit cafe that employs adults with disabilities. Gerry’s opened in August, 2023 by co-founders Natalie Griffin and Amy Philpott, who both have a passion for serving these individuals. Nationwide statistics show that 80% of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) struggle to find meaningful work. Gerry's Cafe is changing lives by providing fair wage job opportunities with an extensive training experience, teaching transferable job and life skills.
