Description
One day I decided to video tape my kids fighting to show them how awful they were being to each other. As I replayed the tape, I couldn’t believe what I heard. The woman talking in the background sounded like the wicked witch of the west…and it was me. Have you ever had one of those aha moments when you were painfully aware that your negative behavior had to change? This session will share scientific research on our ability to change and adapt a more positive mindset then give you simple every day practices to help get you there.
