As an integral member of the Nursing Division of the Health & Human Services Department, the Community Health Nurse provides essential healthcare services to residents through preventive care, screenings, education, and outreach programs.   As a Community Health Nurse, you will support vulnerable residents in the community by conducting health assessments,
