About Us

Legacy Medical Care, Inc (LMC), a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike operates four clinics in the Addison, Arlington Heights, East Dundee, and Hanover Park communities, providing high-quality medical care. Services include pediatric and family practice services, laboratory services, women's health services, including obstetrics, and outreach and health education. LMC works closely with local hospitals, schools, and community partners to provide a holistic approach to care specific to each patient served.
