Matt Smith grew up in Arlington Heights and currently services the area. As a Prospect High School and South Middle School alumni, he enjoys helping out the community that gave so much to him and assisting local businesses with their HR and payroll needs. Matt has spent the past 5 plus years with Paylocity and is passionate about HR process modernization.
